1. DRINK WATER!
A glass of water when you wake up in the morning is ideal to start the day fresh! (add some lemon for a burn fat plus)
2. MOVE THAT BOBY!
Doing exercise helps you boost energy, improves your mood and RELIEVES STRESS (oh yeah)!
3. SLEEP WELL!
Get enough rest, it helps you have more energy to do the things that make you happy!
PLAN YOUR DAY
4. TOP 3 TASK A DAY!
Every morning, make a list of the 3 tasks you want to accomplish that day. This will help you get things done!
5. THE 50/10 RULE!
This never fails, work on one important task for 50 minutes and then take a 10 minute break to refocus and chill.
6. REFLECT DAILY!
End your day with 10 minutes of reflection and self-evaluation. Think on what you wanna improve but also think on the things you did good!
I know this is not so common but it's great to increase your knowledge, it doesn't matter if it's a huge book or just an article, find something you like and inspires you!
8. BROWSE, BROWSE, BROWSE!
Take time (as long as you want) to watch tutorials and things online that make you feel good, it increases you capabilities.
Brainstorming is a creative gold mine, it helps you get new ideas and perfection the actual ones.
10. EXPRESS GRATITUDE (AHHHH)!
Think about 10 things you are grateful for every morning, gratitude promotes happiness. In my case, I used to do this at night and it was ok but in the morning I didn't remembered it so it was normal but when I started doing in the morning I started being happier and starting the day more grateful than complaining.
11. CLEAN YOUR WORKSPACE!
A nice and clean workspace gives you energy and inspirations and lets you focus on the work you need to get done.
12. INDULGE IN YOU FAVS!
Set some time aside to relax and enjoy your favorite things like playing with your pet or watching your favorite series.
